SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
UK Standard Delivery - £3.50
UK orders over £50 - Free
Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days, although this is not guaranteed and can take longer during busier periods. We will usually contact you if we expect your order to take longer than normal to dispatch. If you require an order urgently, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you, although this cannot be guaranteed.
All orders are tracked, and are usually expected to be delivered within 2-3 days of dispatch.
All packaging is plastic free, recycled and recyclable, and compostable where possible. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
If you would like to refund or exchange an item, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please email email@example.com with your order number to let us know which items you are sending back, and whether you require a refund or exchange. Unless an item is faulty, the cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging for us to issue a full refund.

Please do not send any items until we have confirmed acceptance of the return. Once we have confirmed your return, items must be received by us within 14 days. We strongly recommend you ask for a certificate of postage when returning items - this is free from Royal Mail. We are not responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
Unless your item is faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once we have received your returned items, refunds should be credited to your account within 14 days.
Some of our goods are exempt from being returned unless faulty - this information will be clearly listed on the product page.
